If you do not match into a U.S. residency program after completing the course and implementing our strategies, you are eligible for a full refund. Here’s how it works:

Eligibility for Refund:

To qualify for the Match or Your Money Back guarantee, you must:

1. Complete the Entire Course: This includes attending all modules, participating in the mock interviews, and completing any assignments or exercises.

2. Follow the Course Strategies: Apply the interview techniques and strategies taught in the course during your actual residency interviews.

3. Document Your Interview Experience: Provide evidence that you applied for residency, attended interviews, and received feedback (if applicable).

4. Request a Refund Within 14 Days Post-Match Day: You must submit your refund request within 14 days after Match Day if you did not secure a residency position.

How to Request a Refund:

1. If you meet the eligibility criteria and did not match into a residency program, email our support team at customersupport@manikmadaan.com with the subject line "Refund Request: Match Guarantee."

2. Include documentation of your course completion, interview experience, and proof of participation in the Match process.

3. We will review your request and issue a refund within 30 business days if all criteria are met.

Important Notes:

1. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following: Multiple refunds have been requested by the student for the same course or Evidence of improper or dishonest use of the course material.

2. Requests made beyond the 14-day post-Match window will not be considered.

3. The Match or Your Money Back guarantee is valid only for the first Match cycle following course completion.

We stand by the quality of our course and are confident it will help you succeed. If, however, you don't match despite fully applying our strategies, we’ll gladly return your investment.
